With more than a decade of professional skin experience, her focus is not simply on performing treatments, it is on understanding what the skin actually needs, and when a treatment is, or is not, the right choice.
Alongside her work at LovesSkin, Emily trains and mentors other practitioners through Emily Rose Skin Training & Mentorship, a role that requires understanding the skin well enough to explain why a treatment decision is appropriate.

What is the best skin treatment for ageing skin?
There is no single best treatment because skin ageing can involve pigmentation, fine lines, dehydration, loss of elasticity, texture change, volume change and laxity. Treatments such as NeoGen Plasma, Morpheus8, Profhilo and Seventy Hyal address different aspects of that process. The correct choice depends on which changes are actually present.
What is the difference between NeoGen and Morpheus8?
NeoGen delivers full-field nitrogen plasma thermal energy without microneedles. Morpheus8 delivers fractional radiofrequency energy through microneedles at selected tissue depths. Their treatment territories overlap, but they are not interchangeable. The better treatment is the one that matches the problem we are trying to change.
What is the best treatment for pigmentation?
It depends on the type of pigmentation. Lumecca IPL can be particularly useful for selected superficial sun-induced pigmentation, while other pigmentation patterns may require a different approach. Pigmentation should be assessed before treatment rather than treated simply because it appears brown.
Do I need to know what treatment I want before booking?
